Our story
It started with one really good cookie
Whisk & Willow began the way most good things do — at a kitchen table, a momma baking for her babies, with a batch of cookies that disappeared before they had a chance to cool. What started as weekend baking for family became something bigger: a small-batch bakery rooted in the belief that homemade always tastes better.
We're based in Raleigh,NC, and every order is baked fresh to order. Morning bake — just quality ingredients, tested recipes, and the kind of care that only comes from doing something you genuinely love.

Hi, I'm Gigi the baker behind the oven
I've been baking since I was old enough to follow rules on a cake box. What started as helping my stepdad with cakes turned into a full-blown obsession with texture, flavour, and the science of why some desserts are just better than others. Whisk & Willow is my way of sharing that obsession — one pre-order at a time.
